Experiencing any of these?

Low testosterone affects more than just the gym. If any of these sound familiar, this panel gives you clarity.

Fatigue & low energy

Poor focus or brain fog

Low libido

Muscle loss or weight gain

What your testosterone test includes

Total Testosterone

Overall testosterone production — the primary indicator of hormonal health

Free Testosterone

The bioavailable fraction your body can actually use — often low even when total T is normal

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)

The protein that binds testosterone — high SHBG can explain low-T symptoms despite normal total levels

Morning draw recommended for best accuracy

Testosterone is naturally higher between 7–10 AM. We'll note your draw time on results so they can be interpreted in context — any time of day works.

Common questions

Is morning the best time for the blood draw?
Morning is preferred. Testosterone follows a circadian rhythm and tends to be highest between 7–10 AM — afternoon levels can run 15–25% lower, which may affect how your results are interpreted. That said, it's not a strict requirement. If morning doesn't work for you, we can collect at any time and note the draw time on your results.
Should I avoid working out before the test?
Yes — skip intense exercise for at least 24 hours before your draw. Heavy resistance training can temporarily spike testosterone, which may make your baseline reading artificially high. Light walking is fine.
Can I drink alcohol the night before?
Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before the test. Alcohol suppresses testosterone production and can lower your reading significantly — even one heavy night can affect results for 12–24 hours afterward.
Do I need to fast?
Fasting is not required. Food has minimal effect on testosterone levels. We do recommend staying hydrated — it makes the blood draw easier and slightly improves SHBG accuracy.
How long until I get results?
Results are typically available in 2–3 business days. You'll receive a notification when they're ready in your secure portal.
Can I add other hormone tests?
Yes — we can add estradiol, LH, FSH, prolactin, or a full thyroid panel to your order. Message us on WhatsApp to customize.
Is this available outside Medellín?
