Booking Process: When you book a test, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to confirm the appointment and arrange for the test. You must provide accurate contact information and be available at the scheduled time and location. Same-Day Service: Same-day service requests are subject to availability and may require additional charges.

3. No Refund Policy

No Refunds: All payments for services are final. We do not offer refunds for any tests booked, paid for, or services rendered. Once your payment is processed, it is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the test or whether the service is used. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so within 24 hours of the scheduled test. Failure to notify us within 24 hours may result in a charge for the full service amount.

4. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any health-related issues, including failure to detect infections or errors in results. 5. Test Results and Confidentiality

Results Delivery: Test results will be sent to the email address provided during booking. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of results, but we do not guarantee specific timelines. Confidentiality: We take your privacy seriously. All personal and health information is kept confidential and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when booking a test and during the testing process. Failure to do so may result in incorrect results or delays in testing. Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with our medical staff, follow instructions during the test, and provide necessary access to your location for the test.
